Mr. Yan, Xiao Zheng

Mr. Yan Xiaozheng, founder of China primary foundation and was first general secretary.

Founder of China health poverty alleviation project, former director of the Central Social Service Department of the agricultural and industrial Democratic Party, director, and Secretary General of the healthy China Project Management Committee.

He graduated from automatic control department of Tsinghua University in 1965 and was assigned to the General Institute of construction and research of Ministry of metallurgy. In the early 1980s, he presided over the establishment of the first collective owned enterprise "Jingye Electronic Technology Development Co., Ltd." in Beijing Institute of metallurgy, and served as the chairman and general manager.

In 1988, Yan Xiaozheng came to the Agricultural and Industrial Democratic Party. He successively served as secretary general and deputy chairman of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the agricultural and industrial Democratic Party, and vice minister and Minister of the Central Social Service Department of the agricultural and industrial Democratic Party.

In 1999, it was awarded the title of "national model of national unity" by the State Council.

From 1994 to 1996, after more than two years of hard work and great risks, Yan Xiaozheng founded the first "China primary health care foundation" focusing on the health of farmers, with Lu Jiaxi, vice chairman of the National People's Congress, as its legal representative and secretary general.

In 2002, Yan Xiaozheng officially launched the "China Health Poverty Alleviation Project" in the Great Hall of the people. Qian Xinzhong, the old minister of the Ministry of health, was the director, and Yan Xiaozheng was the executive deputy director and secretary general. The Ministry of health, the Democratic Party of agriculture and industry, the Ministry of culture, the State Administration of medicine and other ministries and relevant units are all the support units of the "China Health Poverty Alleviation Project". In nearly 70 prefecture level cities, the "China health poverty alleviation project liaison office" has been set up, and a number of health poverty alleviation projects have been launched, benefiting the majority of farmers. After 15 years of hard work, the proportion of poverty caused by illness has dropped from 60% to 43%.

In 2018, Premier Li Keqiang, at the executive meeting of the State Council, listed the "health poverty alleviation project" as an important part of the country's targeted poverty alleviation, and asked governments at all levels to do a good job in this work.

Since 2014, after several years of research and survey, Yan Xiaozheng has launched the "Healthy China Project" sponsored by "China primary health care foundation".

In the Healthy China project, Yan Xiaozhen served as the director and Secretary General of the Organizing Committee of "healthy China project", with SKY as deputy director to make integrative motel of eastern and western food and nutrition. Promoting the health promotion method of food as drug source and medicine and food homology, among which the key projects are 1) healthy agricultural planting; 2) scientific and technological agriculture, herbal extraction and nutrients. Director Yan has been practicing hard. At 80, he is still working in the front line, paying for the health of thousands of families.
